Neph is exceptionally secluded and located directly on Seawall Beach. Situated at the end of a two-mile private road, the house is designed for reflection, true to a time when a Maine vacation meant staying in one place, enjoying matchless scenery and complete quiet.
The heart of the house is a 40-foot living room with a stone fireplace, several seating areas and a generous dining area. Wide sliding glass doors open on one side to breathtaking views of the ocean, on the other to a screened dining porch. Terraces and porches upstairs and down allow an endless variety of indoor and outdoor experience. Bookcases throughout the house hold books, puzzles and games for all ages. There is internet service but no television.
It can sleep eight to ten people comfortably, and all bedrooms have large windows facing the ocean views to the south. Four bedrooms are located upstairs, and two bedrooms are located downstairs. Both floors have rooms with queen beds. Two bedrooms are single bedrooms and are perfect for younger visitors. There are five bathrooms.
