The Morse Mountain Rentals are located within and adjacent to the Bates-Morse Mountain Conservation Area.  This roughly 600 acre conservation area includes frontage on over a mile of sandy beach, trails, wetlands, two tidal rivers and a small mountain.

Seawall Beach is simply wonderful for swimming, building sand castles, collecting shells or just wandering. The Morse and Sprague rivers are ideal places for bird-watching and exploring by canoe or kayak. From the top of the Morse Mountain are views of the coast stretching from Portland to Monhegan, an archipelago of islands and, on a clear day, views of snow-covered Mt. Washington.
