RENTAL POLICY: Rental requests are processed in February and proposed contracts are sent out by the end of Feb. Our priorities for rental are in order of family, guests who have been coming longer, and people renting for two weeks or longer. This means new applicants are unlikely to receive first choice accommodations in July or August and we will have difficulty accommodating all previous renters at peak demand. Please provide choices.

Requests for 2024 rentals may be made until February 9, 2024 to be included in the initial assignment process.  Rental requests received after February 9 will be processed on a first come first served basis.

 

Please check the 2024 rental schedules under the Houses tab to see dates that are pre-booked by MRA family. Each house page has an availability pdf.  We hope this helps you and your family plan for open dates. You will have the best chance of getting a booking if you provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices in your reservation request. If requesting a reservation in Eyrie or Easterly, please indicate in the Comments box if you would like to reserve the sleeping cabin, for an additional $100/week.

In the Comments section please tell us about your rental history from Morse River Associates, including the name of any other family member who has made your reservation with us in the past, and anything else you would like us to know. 

 

Minimum 3 night rental period required for off season rental requests at Eyrie. Otherwise rentals are by the week.

Standard weekly rental period is 4:00pm Saturday to 4:00pm the following Friday. For Eyrie in winter the rental period is from 3 pm on the day of arrival to 10 am of the day of departure.
